We would be most grateful if you could donate them to us!

Old paper £5 and £10 notes, which have now been replaced by the new polymer ones, are no longer legal tender.

This also applies to the old-style “round” £1 coins.

By choosing to donate your old currency to DRWF you will enable us to continue to support our research projects, support people living with diabetes and create more awareness of the condition.

Simply pop them into an envelope and post them to:

DRWF,

Building 6000,

Langstone Technology Park,

Havant, Hampshire,

PO9 1SA.

Please ensure you use a thick envelope or wrap the notes in a piece of paper first so that they are not clearly visible.

For sending the “round” pounds, please affix them first onto a piece of card, with some tape, to prevent them from rattling around in the post.

We will send you a confirmation of receipt via letter or email if you provide us with your contact details.

If you have any further questions please email: fundraising@drwf.org.uk or call DRWF Community Fundraiser Karen Scott on: 07591 950531

Your support is invaluable and enables us to ensure people living with diabetes are “Staying well until a cure is found…”

Thank you!
